01 Definitions

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is entitled to hold only one Account on the 9p999 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 9p999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9p999 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 9p999 support team immediately via live chat.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

3.4 Inactive Accounts

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.2 Erroneous Odds

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by 9p999

9p999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; engagement in prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification; suspicion of money laundering or fraud; or where required by regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Upon termination for cause, any Balance or Bonus Funds held in the Account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your 9p999 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to Account closure, any positive Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees and wagering obligations will be returned to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days. Account closure does not affect any obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law
